By accessing or using RegretMarket.lol ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a payment.
RegretMarket.lol is a novelty entertainment website. Users may post anonymous text ("regrets") and may pay to change the visibility of a regret ("bury" to hide it, "unbury" to reveal it). The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not a counselling, legal, or data-deletion service.
You are solely responsible for anything you post. You represent that your posts do not violate any law or the rights of any third party. We may remove content at our sole discretion, including content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or that identifies a real person. We do not guarantee that any post is deleted or hidden permanently.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party payment provider. The price of each move ("bury" or "unbury") is displayed before you pay and increases by a factor of 1.5 with every move on a given regret. By completing a payment you authorise the charge. All payments are final and non-refundable. Moves are applied as-is and cannot be reversed.
You agree not to: post illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content; attempt to identify, dox, or harm any person; disrupt the Service or attempt to access it by unauthorised means; or use the Service for spam or advertising.
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by the operator and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We may also modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
